The position is located in San Diego, CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with the last two years directly working with Department of Defense classified integrated and networked systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must possess an active DoD security clearance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preferred: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a technical field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work on government site in San Diego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel requirement: 3-4 weeks per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical and Practical Skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SW Hypervisor: VMware vSphere 6.x\/7.x, VMWare Horizon View Enterprise 7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OS: Red Hat Enterprise 7.x, Windows OS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HW Server: HP Servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VSAN clustering and storage engineering, shared storage management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HW performance, IO analysis and optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fault Tolerance engineering, failover\/recovery implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VLAN network isolation techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with PKI certificate implementation on web interfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WAN\/LAN design and configuration, VPN\/FW Gateway: Juniper SRX 220 and JUNOS 12.x.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network design and configuration, Juniper ESC 4200\/4500 Core Switch virtual chassis config and management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing and managing complex ACL&#8217;s and FW rulesets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raritan KVM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting Network Time Protocol implementation and management for time-sensitive systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Splunk administration\/forwarder deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SecurityOnion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with DOD ACAS, Tenable products, ability to troubleshoot credential issues with scans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuration management: CMpro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help desk experience, ITSM\/Remedy tickets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical documentation: create\/update install guides, SOPs, test plans, and test reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patching\/updates in an air-gapped environment for Windows, Linux, Junos, and software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with STIGs, STIG viewer, SCAP, and SCC via GUI and command line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hardware testing: determining if new assets meet current requirements and future needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synology NAS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipboard installation, familiarity with CSOSS, ability to read and interpret technical drawings for power and networking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited institution in: information systems, computer science, math, or engineering or requisite experience.
