JTT offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) corporate match, bi-weekly pay, and a generous PTO policy accrued with payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>The T&amp;E Lead will coordinate the\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0for both developmental and operational systems across several integrating programs. Their background in\u00a0<mark><strong>Test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0and Evaluation and knowledge of cybersecurity within the Navy will allow them to maintain and communicate a\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0strategy, including both developmental and operational\u00a0<mark><strong>tests<\/strong><\/mark>across a multi-phased development and fielding cycle. They will lead\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0efforts across the programs to develop\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0schedules, assist in\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0case and procedure development and execution of the\u00a0<mark><strong>tests<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0with\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0leads from other programs. They will work closely with lead engineers from the integrating teams to understand Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), map\u00a0<mark><strong>tests<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and validate requirements have been met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Experience:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Participating in SITs, SOTs,\u00a0<mark><strong>SOVT<\/strong><\/mark>s,\u00a0<mark><strong>Test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0Events<br>\u2022 Writing\u00a0<mark><strong>test<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0<mark><strong>plans<\/strong><\/mark><br>\u2022 Coordinating across engineering teams<br>\u2022 Project Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Security Clearance: <\/strong>Yes (Secret minimum, TS or TS\/SCI preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree and 9 years of relevant experience. Degree is from an accredited institution in: information systems, computer science, math, or engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certifications:<\/strong> IAT Level II.
